Kennebec County, Maine
Sullivan County, New Hampshire
Essex County, Vermont
Windham County, Connecticut

I don't see how Orange County was that shocking.

I would have listed Kent County, but honestly if RI was way closer than usual it makes sense that Trump wins a county.

Yeah, if we're counting margins, then Elliott KY definitely qualifies.

In Maine I'd say the most surprising were Androscoggin and Kennebec. I did not expect those to flip.
