You're assuming that Kasich is a much better candidate than Trump. How is that a better assumption than Clinton being a much better candidate than Trump?
Clinton and Trump were almost as unpopular as each other. But Kasich didn't have -20% favorability ratings. Polls showed him crushing Hillary in a landslide, while unreliable, signal he was more popular than Trump.
Sure, but Kingpoleon implied that Kasich's floor would be that map. We have no idea what he would have been like in a nationwide general election.
