Great ideas, although I kind of feel that 1b and especially 1a are more regional matters than federal ones. Now, I would certainly agree with those at the regional level, but I think we should do this via a constitutional framework. I'd be happy to be proven wrong.

Of course, I hope we see debate and amendments on this bill, as I do with every bill. As always, I encourage everyone to explain their objections and try to make the bill better.
