Biggest one that comes to mind is the sudden proliferation of year-round outdoor dining. So many places now have sidewalk and "street" tables that didn't used to four years ago. And more generally, a lot of places are much more takeout friendly than they were before, which is nice as someone who lives and therefore usually eats alone.
