First thing would probably be visiting my friends and family and just saying goodbye and good luck. After that, I'd probably try to make some sort of survival strategy, even if there was not much hope. I definitely wouldn't be a suicide-type or a hedonist, but I might be a looter to some extent.

I have to believe even a 10-mile asteroid would not kill everyone within the first 24 hours. People on the space station, and anyone else we sent into space would probably survive as long as they have food and supplies. Same for most people on submarines on the other side of the earth from the impact, and possibly some people in mines and caves. After the first day, the next killers would be lack of food and, eventually, lack of oxygen from all the plant death in the ensuing global winter. I'd try to stockpile food, solar panels, plants, and seeds as much as I could. Even if I wouldn't survive, maybe the space and submarine people could use them when they return.

Anyways, my main priority would probably be trying to preserve humanity to whatever degree I could, even if that doesn't include me.
