I'm going to miss him. He was a relatable and deeply passionate guy who clearly loved what he did and didn't take any of it for granted. And even though he's best known for his TV shows, I definitely recommend his books - particularly Medium Raw.

Bourdain once said he'd consider voting Republican if they supported a policy of free authentic pho everyday for everyone. If this is indeed coming to pass, then sign me up for the Trump train in 2020.
