John Cornyn just asked Comey if his firing impacted the FBI investigation "or Mueller's investigation." Wasn't Mueller specifically appointed after Comey's firing?

Woah. Kasowitz just used the past tense, saying Trump "wasn't" under investigation. That might be nitpicking, but I think it's pretty telling from Trump's personal lawyer.
