The only way this is good is if there's a civil war and I somehow find myself on the liberal side. Otherwise, this is bad.
Meh. While I don't really agree with liberals on politics or philosophy, I don't think they are inherently more likely to commit violent crime with their guns than conservatives are. Plus rapists and other criminals prey on liberals and conservatives alike. If enough liberals buy guns and learn about them they will be less likely to make as many ignorantly cringeworthy derpy comments and more likely to accept that the 2nd Amendment really is part of the Bill of Rights.
Then again, what if it has the flip reaction of gun culture and Portlandia culture merging? You go into Cabela's only to find a hipster café and Neutral Milk Hotel playing over the loudspeakers. Guns and Ammo is filled with ads from Planned Parenthood and every box of ammunition comes with two free tickets to the Vagina Monologues.
