To be fair, there may be a bit of a Ron Paul effect with this. Bernie's supporters are going to be heavily over-sampled in online snap-polls.

Yeah but a lot of people said the same thing about Trump's winning the debate domination of online polling after the first Republican debate. He still surged afterwards.

That's partly true, but remember that he dropped in the polls and then recovered after a few weeks. Plus, the live phone interviews showed a much closer win than the debate night online polls.

Media narrative will shape this in coming days and it is starting off like this...

Politico's current headline: "Clinton crushes it"

Also, Breitbart's headline is currently:

HANDS OFF HILLARY!:
DEMOCRAT 'CHALLENGERS'
ABSOLVE CLINTON FOR
EMAIL SCANDAL...

***BREITBART DEBATE
WIRE***

Sanders hands down.  Hillary did a decent job to be sure, and probably scared Biden away from running, but not enough to really cover her bases (hooray we kicked out Gaddafi...but I'm gonna glaze over the whole ensuing chaos thing...) or more importantly, THE base.

The three long-shots all had their moments, but nothing noteworthy enough to make them non-long shots

If you criticize her for that, what exactly is your signature referencing?

I'm really starting to worry about how these folks will react when he wins only 1 (+/- 1) state(s) and then drops out. It's even scarier because a lot of Sanders fans seem to be gun nuts. We'll likely see a handful of feel the Bern-inspired mass shootings. 😟

Me too. If this is how Sanders supporters react to him at best tying Hillary at the debate, what will they say if/when she wins Iowa in a squeaker, and South Carolina in a landslide? It's like they have some Guy Fawkes complex where they have to convince themselves that we live in a fascist dictatorship so they can bravely swoop in and save the day.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I don't think there will be Bern-inspired shootings, just a lot of very, very loud whining.

Also, I think it's interesting that Mic.com has declared Hillary the winner and even Vox can't bring itself to say she lost.
