After many stressful months of campaigning and debating, the 2020 Election was finally over but not in the way many had expected it would be. Initially, it seemed as if the Election would be a landslide for Joe Biden as he remained out of the limelight and the media consistently focused its attention on President Trump. When the debates came, Trump and Biden had matched one another to a draw at first in the eyes of many, and while Pence had slightly edged out Harris in the Vice Presidential Debate, Biden had slightly beaten Trump in the Second Debate. However, following the confirmation hearing of Judge Amy Comet Barrett to the Supreme Court to replace the late Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, in which Senators Gary Peters (D-MI), Tina Smith (D-MN), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Diane Feinstein (D-CA), and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) attacked her for things such as her being a practicing Catholic and how that would interfere with her ability to judge a case fairly, though she consistently stated she would recuse herself if such a case ever appeared.

The Hearings was seen as an outrage by many Republicans and soon, a massive rally effect occurred as President Trump quickly caught up to Joe Biden in the polls, being just a single digit behind him by the time the third and final Debate rolled around. In it, Trump gave short brief answers before asking his own questions to Joe Biden, such as why he refused to call out the rioters by name, why Amy Comet Barrett's faith is such a bad thing, why was his son Hunter working for Barisma and why was he given thousands, and several other things that led to him to be a stuttering mess. For the rest of the debate, Trump continued to badger Biden after giving short brief answers for his questions and when asked, many viewers at home believed Trump had won the debate. The week before election day, many Democrats would lose their energy as Amy Comet Barrett was confirmed to the Supreme Court in a 54-46 vote with Susan Collins being the only Republican voting against due to her own tough senate race while Joe Manchin and Kirsten Sinema were the only Democrats voting for due to them believing she was qualified for the job and their more moderate views.

When election night came, Trump was leading by just 2.3% in the RCP Aggregate but many stated it was likely Biden would still win. By 1 AM, however, Wisconsin and Minnesota was called, giving Trump the win. At the same time, Republicans saw victories in Georgia, Texas, Montana, Michigan, Minnesota, Alabama, North Carolina, Arizona, and most surprising of all, Virginia where Daniel Gade wildly outperformed expectations and won by just 5700 votes, ousting veteran senator Mark Warner despite Virginia going to Biden by 7.82%.

For the first two weeks following the election, Joe Biden and Democratic Leadership stated there was likely voting fraud and that mail-in ballots had to have been discarded to ensure this win, but after numerous investigations by the Post Office, it was revealed that there was little, if any, evidence to back it up and soon Biden did indeed concede the Election to Donald Trump before saying the fight was far from over. Trump, with Congress under his control once again, declared that it was time to push for his Platform to pass and to get the Platinum Plan done while working on the Coronavirus' vaccine. Trump also moved to reorganize his cabinet, with many people currently in it leaving but still on friendly terms with President Trump, with the retirements being Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Attorney General William Barr, Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue, Secretary of Veterans' Affairs Robert Wilkie, and Secretary of Homeland Security Chad Wolf.

Their replacements would be the following : Special Presidential Envoy for Kosovo and Serbia Peace Negotiations, Former Acting Director of National Intelligence, and Former United States Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell for Secretary of State, United States Senator from the State of Texas Ted Cruz for Attorney General, Former Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin for Secretary of Agriculture, United States Senator from the state of Arkansas Tom Cotton for Secretary of Veterans' Affairs and Former Secretary of State of Kansas, 2018 Gubernatorial Nominee, and 2020 Senate Candidate Kris Kobach for Secretary of Homeland Security. All five men were quickly approved of and confirmed by the United States Senate in strictly partisan votes with only Joe Manchin defecting on each vote. To replace both men, Arkansas Governor placed Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge to replace Cotton in the Senate while Texas Governor Gregg Abbott placed Texas Land Commissioner and Son of former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, Nephew of former President George W. Bush, and Grandson of Deceased former President George H. W. Bush, George P. Bush. Both have Special Elections coming up to defend their seats in 2021, but only Bush is likely to have a competitive race.

Now, with the Second Trump term beginning, America suffering from months of rioting and lockdown, a radically changing world, and a rapidly changing Court where Justice Breyer is nearing his own death due to natural causes and could die at any time while Justice Thomas has stated he is considering for his retirement in the coming months all while Justices Alito and Roberts, having clear distaste for the President currently in charge, have given slight indications they might retire as they would likely no longer want to be working alongside his White. This is America beyond 2020.
I got stuck on my Kennedy Jr. TL. DW everyone, the Virginia Senate flip is the only thing that is the most unrealistic (Don't give me any "Trump can't win the popular vote!" because, while the chance is unlikely, he still could do it).
