I cast my vote for the Puerto Rican Statehood Act.  However, I do not believe that the islands of Pacifica have the same connection the current states that we can see in Puerto Rico.  Therefore, I am, as of now, in opposition to this act.

Also, all those islands are spaced pretty far apart.  That, IMO, would make it pretty difficult for the Governor, or any other elected position, to be in touch with all the people of Pacifica.

Abstain.  This idea seems like one I could support, but either way I'll still be voting nay on the final vote.  Maybe someone should introduce this as a separate bill.

I am in complete agreement with Gabu.  Like I said before, with that kind of map, you can’t have any of the elected officials be in touch with the whole state, so it’ll wind up being Guam ruling the other two, and I think the Northern Mariana Islands and Atlasian Samoa would be better off as territories if that were to happen.
