And I'll say I won't support a mandatory secret ballot at all.

Wouldn't we only need 6 because MAS abstained?
According to the recent Supreme Court ruling, the amendment would need 2/3 of the full Senate (i.e., 2/3 of 10).

Ah yes I remember that, we need to get that fixed soon.

Why?  Actually, I like it this way.  We need to have 2/3 of the Senate be absolutely sure that they want to amend the constitution.

Come on guys; remember what happened last election with all the tactical votes?  It happens almost every election, and we need to put an end to it.
