Interesting, to use the word loosely. I would have bet money that this would be one of those lame "I'm announcing that I will announce in July" things—that or an exploratory committee.

According to O'Malley's website, he supports raising the minimum wage to 15$/hr. That makes two with Sanders, I'm assuming Webb does not.
