No matter how often these Republican hacks repeat this "muh socialism!" stuff, it doesn't become true.

Yes, but the problem is that most establishment Democrats nowadays have a tendency to cower and shrivel in the face of such attacks, contrary to the advice of Harry Truman regarding this issue. This is what actually renders such attacks effective.

Yup, and that the broader American public has a misconception what real socialism means. Not even Denmark and Sweden are the definition of socialism by dictionary. Cuba and former satellite states of the Eastern bloc would met the actual definition. Problem is for a Dem politician to explain that risks you to appear kind of professorial -- and most voters don't like being lectured. For too many Americans socialism is any kind of govt interference, despite the fact the word is no longer as toxic as it was 15-20 or even 10 years ago.

Brutal story for Katie Hobbs

A Black woman who served as a policy adviser to AZ Senate Democrats when Hobbs was Senate Minority Leader was paid 30K less than her Republican counterparts. She just won a million dollar judgment for sex/race discrimination… a rebuke to Hobbs and her testimony during the lawsuit.

Can we not nominate her please? She’s gonna lose to freaking Kari Lake.

Ugh, not good.

I don't think that should automatically disqualify her if she actually wants to work on the issue as gov. It's fair to question that committment though. That said, I don't see Dems having a stronger candidate as this race is already Lean R.

Yeah, she's a real winner.

Someone telling me this isn't a literal death cult...
