Mr. Trump needs to save his money for incoming legal bills in 2021, lol. Seriously though, a lack of cash doesn't explain their exit of MI and now AZ. Are they saving their ressources for October? If they concede both AZ and MI, the Trump path to 270 gets pretty narrow, especially since polling in WI isn't looking bright for many weeks. Getting out of AZ definitely seems to be a bad strategy to me. There is still a chance he keeps AZ in November, even if Maricopa flips to Biden by a small margin.

He keeps narrowing his own path. First, he went dark in Michigan then Pennsylvania now Arizona?? He's not giving himself any margin for error

By pulling out of AZ (on top of MI and PA), he's lost the election.
...

Michigan I can understand.
But PA and AZ make absolutely no sense. Someone above posted it as a joke, but it's almost like the trump campaign is throwing in the towel.

If I was Trump, I'd still go for MI. He has enough cash to compete in the state and would actually force Biden to focus / invest even more here, while Trump could still afford to lose the state and win >270 EVs regardless.
