Which presidents had the best personal relationship with each other? Any guesses?

As far as I know, Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter became friends after the election of 1976. Teddy Roosevelt and William Howard Taft also were personal friends for most of the time, even though they battled each other for the GOP nomination in 1912. As it looks to me, Bill Clinton and W also have a friendly relationship with each other.
