1. Like he ran several of his businesses? Casinos? Trump “University”? (ah, I forgot, he would have won the trial) Trump Airline? Trump Steaks? Just bankruptcy or a fraud as well? I’d agree that a real successful businessman could do that. Mr. Drumpf? Not so much.

2. You forgot the entire economic recovery program and the fact, that he was obstructed like no president before him. Leadership? He took out bin Laden, negotiated the Iran Deal and the Climate Accord. No scandals in his administration. So blame this on President Obama’s leadership. Mr. Drumpf’s leadership? Fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest? Bullying? Insults? That is presidential leadership? Try again.

3. Well, I guess our position in the world today is much better than eight years ago.

4. Besides that there is already a border. I have to disappoint you: the wall won’t be built for practical reasons.

5. What??? Like his campaign unified the country? Give me a break.

So, no, there is nothing positive about the Trumpster’s triumph. Obama was not perfect, even without GOP obstruction, but there’s nothing going to change for the better with the outcome of this election. Just hope Dems get their act together and sweep back in 2020. In the best case, it will be four lost years, with, hopefully, a small number of good legislation such as an infrastructure bill.
