Failing to filibuster Gorsuch due to fear of the filibuster being removed has the same outcome as filibustering him and the filibuster being removed by the nuclear option, so it is pretty clear Democrats should take a stand here against Trump, the GOP, and their theft of this Senate seat. Glad at least one party in Washington still has some guts.

Lol. So the rules say whichever party controls the presidency at the exact moment a vacancy arises owns that seat forever? Because i will never understand this "they stole it, so we have to steal it back, but somehow when we do it its not stealing" argument.

The Constitution's clear intent is that the President at the time of the vacancy gets to make the appointment. Your rambling is even more insane than the so called "rule" pushed by your ilk that appointments can't be made in a presidential election year.

So is it likely he will be added?
What's the nuclear option?
Yes.

Changing the rules of the Senate to remove a 60 vote cloture requirement on Supreme Court nominees, so that the GOP can finish up their theft of this Senate seat. A terrible day for the Republic.

Amazing that people can be so sick that they are praising theft as some great, noteworthy accomplishment that us simple minded folk could only hope to dream of doing.
