Bernie die-hards file class-action lawsuit against DNC

The complaint in this suit is a total joke. The whole suit will be dismissed the moment a judge lays eyes on it.

Hillary won because she had a few million more supporters than Bernie.  Bottom line.  But it's pretty lame, undemocratic, and stupidly partisan that everyone here is like "duh, the primary should have been tilted in hillary's favor by the DNC, of course, who cares."

The memo in question was written before Sanders' filed his candidacy, and it wasn't even written by the DNC, but was sent to them. It's such a non-issue.
