Can't believe Republicans wanted Holder to stay in office for so much longer than he planned.

Apparently this is the vote Johnson is hoping will get him reelected.

The whole Aye list looks like a GOP re-election campaign. It's pretty stupid, of course. Nobody will be voting in 2016 over Loretta Lynch's confirmation.
A Nay vote would have hurt Kirk the most.
