Massive HP; total, corrupt scumbag; terrorist and terrorist enabler.

You don't need to be a Pro-Israel hack to hate Arafat, imo.

Bill Clinton and Yitzhak Rabin deserve the most credit for their peace efforts. Arafat never cared about his own people or anything else.

His main motivation for yanking around Oslo and other peace negotiations/accords was to regain clout with the Arab world. He lost a lot of clout after he moronically sided with Saddam Hussein and Iraq  in the Gulf War.

Dennis Ross (Israeli-Palestinian negotiator under Clinton and long-time diplomat/Intl affairs expert in general) stated that Clinton told GWB to not make the same mistake he did. That mistake being ever trusting Arafat.
