And it hasn't ever voted Republican either. You never said you had to live in a state, just that you would never live in a state that had ever voted Republican.

But if Republicans are in a state then can it be one that's no somewhere with out them in it? I mean thinking about this rationally, states are only places that are not ones, if they can try to be then they are not. Therefore, Hillary Clinton did 9/11.
