It bans necrophillia and necro porn since the existance of the porn is evidence that the crime occurred. Thats how we square like child porn bans. If we can ban the act we can ban obscenity depicting the act. Remember obscenity, which definitionally lacks any artistic, literary, educational, or scientific merit, is not constitutionally protected speech. So in this case only obscene (aka porn) necro depictions are banned because they are both obscene and evidence of an unlawful act. Im taking this tactic on a few of the sex crime bills we are considering. I have child porn, revenge porn, deep fake porn, and upskirt photography bans in the queue.
While the majority of this bill has merit, do we really need to put anyone involved in polygamy on the sex offender registry?

I might could leave polygamists of the list if we can leave obscene polygamy porn makers on since they are spreading their crime to society.
Fine by me.

So to clarify, do you object to any part of this bill on dead body sex or was your concern more related to the polygamy bill?
I am fine with steps taken against dead body sex. Polygamy-related sections are the heart of my concerns with this bill.
