At this point, I think we should be voting on maps to consider at least, I'll take control here and give 72 hours for someone to object to the motion. We've had a fair share of MN Maps and we should choose a blueprint for one, at least.
But do we have a quorom?

I think we should go with the assumption that most people won't show up and we should work with what we have.
Idea: pick a date (say, January 7 - something reasonable, something not immediate) and PM everyone once to inform them that they have until then to make an appearance or else you and others will move on and proceed. Also, link the thread.
That way, there is at least awareness of what is going on.

Do NC state house. Clusters are a ok choice for the state house compared to the state senate anyway and you can just submit cluster by cluster.
