The problem, I think, was that we got too used to people showing up even when not PMed. It is clear this is an unideal model so I agree with the Governor that this needs to be changed.

Good afternoon - I just introduced several pieces of legislation since our Delegates don't seem interested in acting right now. I plan to add all of the statue from last session to the Wiki this week - right now it is only partially updated.
