I think Yankee in particular raises some good points - and I am in general agreement with him on this matter.
Political disagreement is not really ground to recall. Extreme inactivity (like what we saw here) is, but by this point it's clear this is over for the time being, otherwise I would be more sympathetic to the idea of voting for the recall. I don't think it's fair to Ben to vote to recall him at this point given his activity as of late.

You know where I got started?
Wisconsin. I first voted in the Mideast. I was tricked by Flo into abandoning the Mideast via moving to Texas. When I learned of the legal ramifications of what I had done, I was quite upset initially, but had to live with it. As a noob, I had been played, and was stuck in the Imperial Dominion of the South for six months. I never moved out of it. I have been in Texas ever since.
Your plight is unfortunate but the law is the law.
