Clinton (Clinton supporter) I'd been worried in late September briefly prior to the first debate and again for a few days in the wake of the Comey revelations but on election day itself I was confident. I'm registered to vote in upstate New York at my parents house partly because I wanted to vote for Zephyr Teachout and was planning to head back down to the city for an election night party. Around 6 or so I changed my mind and decided to relax and watch the returns at home which in retrospect i'm glad about because I was so devastated and barely able to get out of bed the next few days thinking that we were on the verge of the fourth reich that I hate to think what would have happened to me had I been back in the city alone. The funny thing is i'd despised Hillary up until late September having been a huge Bernie supporter until the fear of Trump became palpable enough for me to come around.
