It seems the Northern Regional Committee is deciding to hold two separate elections for the two Senate seats in the Northern region. Thus, I'm not sure how holding a single primary election will determine which of the two winning candidates run for each seat. Will the two winners decide among themselves which one runs for the Class I seat and which one runs for the Class II seat?

It briefly said Smith and Blair, but Blair removed it shortly afterwards. Miscalculation, I presume.

Conspiracy!
