Imagine how much more we might know about the midterms if we all the time and energy spent polling and talking about NJ were directed at races with a greater than 0.1% chance of flipping, like MT, MO, IN, or FL.

lolwut?!

Anyway, this is obviously Safe D, and I’m not sure why some Republicans are getting their hopes up here.

Honestly, TX and TN are both more likely to flip than NJ, but that’s really not saying much. And the idea that a solid Democratic Clinton +14 state that hasn’t elected a Republican Senator since 1972 is as or even more likely to flip than a Trump +20 or Trump +42 state because of #candidatequality is ludicrous.
