I'd also rate it Likely R, but it will be interesting to see if Democrats can sustain the gains they made in this election over the long term, especially in Jefferson, Mobile, Madison and Northwest AL. If they can, AL will become a much more competitive state in the long run.

In a wave I could see Democrats sweeping AL/SC/TN/GA/FL but still losing AR, which would be a complete reversal of 2010.
