Cramer is probably going to beat Heitkamp anyway in 2018.

Who would Justice appoint in case Manchin joins the Trump administration?

No, he just said that he did not think she would accept the post.

Tbh, he's probably right. Several other ND Democrats also do not think she will accept the post. The GOP needs to focus on taking her down in 2018. My guess is that she'll be the target no. 1 when this is over.
