Yeah seriously, this was Trump's pick fair and square this time, it didn't have to be Kavanaugh. It could have been any similarly right wing justice without the baggage.

He easily could have pulled Kavanaugh and nominated Thomas Hardiman to wide approval. Hardiman would've cleared 60 votes.

As if similar nonsensical accusations wouldn't have been made about him or anyone else. You know better than this.
