Absolutely not. She actively campaigned for a SCUS appointment for years in the senate judiciary committee before that moron Orrin Hatch recommended her to Clinton.

I would have placed an indefinite hold on her nomination so that she wouldn't even reach the judiciary committee, let alone a floor vote.

But I would not have filibustered her, because filibustering nominees is unconsitutional*

*"Consitutional' in the sense of, "the collective habits of an institution arising from tradition", in this case, the notion that unqualified presidential nominees either (1) never reach committee (2) never see the light of day out of committee (3) banished on the Senate floor. In the case of R B Ginsberg, I would have actively supported all three courses.
