Haven't really been following this race (I forgot it was tomorrow too), but I didn't really like how they booted Breed out. I sort of understand why they did it, but it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Seems like something that needs to be changed in SF's laws (make it so that the acting mayor has to step down from being the president of the Board of Supervisors while acting as mayor).

Breed leads the first round with 36%, Leno in second at 27%, Kim in third at 18%, Alioto in fourth at 8%.

Nothing posted about the instant runoff rounds.

At the local level in California moderate doesn't mean what a lot of people would assume it means. It doesn't mean Blue Dog it means who is more business friendly in terms of local policy.
