2000. Reasons:
1.) Bush's final winning margin in Florida (as well as Gore's margin in many other states like New Mexico or Wisconsin) was much more closer than Kennedys winning margin in Illinois in 1960.
2.) Unlike 1960, the Senate and House were also extremely close.
