Trump, Cruz, and Rubio will be in the race for sure. Possibly Christie, if he does better than Rubio in NH. I think Huckabee, Santorum, Carson, and Paul all will exit after Iowa. Bush, Fiorina, Kasich, and Gilmore will all drop out immediately following NH. Jeb (!), due to all the money he's raised, would be the only one of the latter bunch who could justify staying in, but I think he'll make a somewhat decent showing in NH and will want to leave the race on a high note. He knows he's not winning the nomination.
