It would cause way too many problems to make us re-learn how to count. Plus, as some have mentioned, Fahrenheit is an objectively better scale than Celsius, as it is both more precise and the 0-100 is roughly based on human comfort, instead of water.
What does this even mean?
I guess the idea is that having 100 as "very hot" and 0 as "very cold" makes more sense from a human POV than setting 0 at the freezing point and 100 as the boiling point - it's useful for phase diagrams in chemistry class, but the former makes more sense from a day-to-day perspective IMO.
