2016, 2020, or 2024.

If Hillary is elected in 2016, then 2024.
If either Lincoln Chaffee or Bernie Sanders happens to be the Democratic nominee, 2016.
If an electable but uncharismatic candidate wins in 2016, then most likely 2020.

So, most likely 2024.
