Why is USIP not a Trumpist option?

Because the blue dogs would be more socially conservatives.

USIP, is not trumpist as trump and Cruz are no place to share a same party. Their ideologies are very, very different. In the UK it's a different scenario, that allows for the same kind of voters of coalesce, in the US, this cannot happen, due to different reasons.
