I usually just assign random pictures to people unless I can remember them using a specific person in the past. In this case, I went with Averell Harriman for Mike because he was a Democratic NY politician around the same as time as Truman (the first one) and Kefauver, and because the black-and-white picture matched the others. I can change it if Mike wants me to, though.
