I motion to suspend the rules, and table this bill

Per Article IV of the Rules, only the Speaker may motion to suspend the 72 Hour Rule (IV.1), so I'll save everyone a lot of confusion and motion to suspend the rules myself. Senators have 24 hours to object.

I know, Mr. Speaker this may not be allowed because of the rules but, I request that the Senate halts this bill until the new congress is seated.

     Yeah, this wasn't supposed to come up yet.

Classic Conservative asked me not to introduce this bill until "after ratification," and I did. As this body (and, presumably, its queue) will cease to exist after the new Congress is seated, I don't see how I could have waited any longer.
