The British Columbia Liberals are a hybrid of 'blue' federal Liberals and federal Conservatives.  The Quebec Liberals have been a hybrid of federalists though I think that is obviously changing with the decline of the Parti Quebecois and the rise of the center right federalist/soft nationalist CAQ.

The province I think with the most right leaning provincial Liberal Party that is more or less allied with the federal Liberals I think by far are the Nova Scotia Liberals under Stephen McNeil.
