According to Gregg Housh who was on Coast to Coast last night there is no evidence at all the Russian Government itself was behind these hacks into the DNC or not the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Gregg Housh describes himself as a former (criminal) hacker and was a 'founder' of Anonymous.

He said:
1.The Russians are the best hackers in the world by far due to the expertise of the Russian Mobs and they write the best hacking software, so it doesn't mean anything that the software used used the Russian language or was of Russian origin.

2.Russia has refused American requests to turn over information on data breaches for around twenty years so it means nothing that the hacks went through Russian servers other than hackers anywhere in the world use Russian servers to avoid detection/prosecution in at least 50% of the hacks.

3.Russian hackers in general are known to have malicious senses of humor and it wouldn't surprise him in the slightest if a Russian individual not tied to the Russian government used a Russian government server or may have left some kind of clues suggesting they were working for the Russian government either as a joke, or to try and get the American government to oppose the Russian government (even more so than at the time they did the hacking.)

4.According to him the Russian Mobs don't like the Russian government, and he said he doubted that the Russian government hackers would have had the knowledge or expertise to have pulled off these hacks, in the way that it was said they were done.

For what it's worth neither I nor, as far as I know, Gregg Housh, are FSB disinformation officers, and Housh certainly isn't a Republican Party operative either.  Housh sort of made allegations that on the day of the 2012 election when Karl Rove on Fox 'News' seemed to be genuinely surprised that Mitt Romney lost Florida that Rove was either part of or knew about some sort of hacking scheme that was going to ensure Romney won Florida.  Housh said that he was aware of something about this and that Anonymous thwarted this attempt.

I know nothing about this claim by Housh but I think anybody who makes that sort of allegation can't be accused of being a Republican Party operative.  Housh also never mentioned Deranged Donald at all one way or the other, so I don't think he's an idiot Trump supporter either.
