I don't know if this is the time to say this, but we could unify this legislation with the Come Out of the Shadows Act that was passed by Congress in March to have a single act on naturalisation. The act covered the process of naturalisation for undocumented migrants, while also creating a border task force and targeted the root causes of illegal immigration to Atlasia.

I have no issues with this bill as it stands, I'm just thinking that it would be easier to have a single act regarding naturalisation, as it would make it easier to make changes to law in the future, than having the process of naturalisation across separate pieces of legislation.

This is still the pending matter. Since Clyde is now a member, he could offer this himself as an amendment.
I'll have a look at a way of merging the two together. It's likely that it will be more of an amendment to the Come Out of the Shadows Act, rather than as a new piece of legislation.

What is the time frame on this process?
I'm not entirely sure yet, it could be next week. If people wish for to end debate for now, I'd be happy to table this and to introduce the merged bill as a new piece once I've finished drafting it.

I'll cut for now. I'll bring it back as a new bill once I've finished my amendments.

Formally motioning to table this.
