Ehh, I'm uneasy, regardless of intent, about acknowledging anything out of the Bible in government. I'll have a hard time supporting.

Well, if I get a chance I will likely propose an amendment to the N.E. Constitution that guarantees a separation of religion and state in which the assembly may not enact any measure that endorses religion period. Considering the madness the Pacific legislature recently approved (writing anti-abortion/choice language into a pledge or a slogan? - really?), I think we could use that anyway.
I'd support that - I don't believe that religion has a place in politics.
