Alberto Costa (Conservative - South Leicestershire)

Previously contested the nearby seat of Angus in 2010.
Oddly, he got pretty much the same vote share in Angus as he did in South Leicestershire...

Richard Benyon   (Conservative - Newbury)

Another Army veteran. Between 1997 and 2010 he had a kind of Disraeli-Gladstone thing going on with David Rendel in this constituency - all four of those elections were between those two. Now he likely (barring scandal) has the seat for as long as he wants it.

I didn't realise you'd already done him

My local MP - with absolutely no opposition.  Will take the Lib Dems to become electable again for the Tories to be defeated here.
