Fremont, as precedents set by Earl Warren helped give us Roe v. Wade .

Earl Warren for this very reason.

America has much to thank for a man who enabled women to have access to a higher level of reproductive freedom and control over their bodies.

Voted Fremont, although RFayette makes a strong case for Warren.

Uh, what? Huh

Warren had absolutely no part in Roe v Wade. He had been retired for 4 years when the SCOTUS examined it.

He was referring to precedents.

Oh, sorry then. Tongue Still a pretty minor aspect in judging him IMO.

Well, in addition to his great court rulings, it easily puts him over Fremont.
