Assuming Nukes arent used who would have won a US vs USSR war in Europe if Nukes werent used. I think the US probably wins post 1985 and from the mid 50-mid 60s but the USSR wins from the mid 40s-mid 50s and mid 60s to mid 80s

In the short term (1945-50), how could the USSR have kept up with the manufacturing might of the western hemisphere?  In the long term (1951-1001), same question.  One of the main reasons they were able to survive the Germans was all the gear and energy the west gave them, they aren't going to have that anymore.

Well the Warsaw pact was far larger than the NATO in terms of Military Forces throughout the cold war . Just look at this
