so say these are the maps:

Map A: Republican Double Digit Victory

Republican 386 55.6%
Democratic 152 43.4%

Map B: Democrats double digit win

Democratic 416 55.6%
Republican 122 43.4%

I would so for scenario A election is called at 9:15 ET with a map of this:

Republicans 272
Democrats 77

For Scenario B I would say election is called at around 10:35 ET with map like this:

Democrats 270
Republicans 109
