How was IKE foreign policy a failure .

I tend to consider toppling democratically elected governments to replace them with authoritarian US puppets to be a bad thing, but that's just me.

I said other then Iran, and the rest of his actions were more justified as the ones he overthrew were soviet installed puppets.
